My ideal swimsuit consists of knit or crochet, which is no surprise. If I were a Bond girl I would be wearing this. However, since I have curves I think I will settle for something less flashy. BCBGMAXAZRIA (as my Bond girl suit) vs. Henry Clark circa 1955 (via)Ashley Paige’s Bo Derek knitted one-piece (left) is incredible, but I love the simplicity of her Sport Kini (right).And then we have my all time favorite crochet swimsuit is Nacht by Rödel Latin America. I love love love the colors and the cutouts! Anyway, I’m sure I could go on ebay or etsy and find a pattern to crochet one myself, but figuring out a lining and all would be complicated. Maybe one of these days…
